We are growing and now we need to expand our team with a B2B Sales Digital Marketer. Is that you?

About the service

For the launch of our recruitment training programmes, we need to strengthen our team with a communicative and self-motivated Sales Digital Marketer to sell and market our services to companies and private customers. Here is the opportunity to be involved from the start and set up strategies and identify possible markets, target groups and work with sales towards these. We would like you to be a structured but flexible doer. We are a small and tight team and you will be an important part of this.

Examples of tasks:

• You will work both strategically and practically with sales and lead generation via digital marketing in B2B for our recruitment programmes and other services.
• Identify and define target groups and selling points.
• Create marketing plan including activity plan and content plan.
• Collect and follow up on leads.
• Contact leads both by email and phone for active selling.
• Working with email marketing
• Develop and distribute campaigns and adverts.
• Working with Google Ads.
• Writing copy and other promotional texts.
• Monitoring, analysis and optimisation of existing and implemented marketing campaigns.
• A plus if you have knowledge of design and layout of marketing materials.
• Working in CRM systems
• Establish Influencer partnerships

Placement

Be Licensed has offices in Vastertorp, Stockholm. You will be able to work on-site at the office and remotely by agreement.
The scope of the position is 50% with room for expansion and commission! We apply a probationary period of 6 months.
