Course Overview

This course provides students with a thorough understanding of AI and its applications in media production. Participants learn fundamental AI concepts such as machine learning, generative AI, and prompt engineering, as well as how AI streamlines the creation of text, images, audio, and video.

The course addresses the difference between AI assistants and generative AI tools, their roles in creative processes, and how they can be integrated into professional workflows. Students also gain knowledge of copyright, regulations, and ethical aspects related to AI-generated material, including risks such as bias and deepfakes.

Practical skills include the use of AI for image, video, and audio production, including voice synthesis, transcription, text-to-speech, and AI-generated graphics. Participants also learn how to optimize AI workflows and manage challenges related to copyright and privacy.

After the course, participants will be able to independently use and adapt AI tools for media creation, ensure that AI-generated content meets ethical and legal requirements, and effectively integrate AI into existing workflows for increased creativity and productivity.
