Be Licensed Recruitment Training - the ultimate recruitment experience

Be Licensed is Sweden's leading certification training provider in media and app/computer game development. In partnership with the Swedish Public Employment Service (AF), we can now offer newly trained candidates for your company's upcoming recruitment needs via recruitment training courses.

The training we offer is ideal for those seeking to acquire professional skills such as content creators, video editors, sound designers and colorists.

Quality

4 weeks of training, 2 weeks of internship. Our high-quality training is led by Adobe, Avid, and Apple certified instructors, and participants gain a broad knowledge of industry-leading software and effective working methods.

Students then go directly into an internship period at your company, which Be Licensed supervises. All this prepares the student to become a valuable resource for your company in case of subsequent employment.

You get a recruitment process tailored to your company's needs for new employees. We help you meet recruitment challenges with newly-trained candidates who are also familiar with your working methods.

How does Recruitment Training work?

Contact us for a first meeting about your recruitment needs and together we can develop a suitable solution.

Notify AF of your recruitment plans and that you desire Recruitment Training. Attend a joint planning meeting with your company, AF and Be Licensed to determine the structure and start of the course.

AF will handpick candidates and Be Licensed will provide them with a 6-week course including work experience, matching your company's desired professional skills.

You can evaluate whether or not you wish to employ one of the candidates after they have completed the training and internship.

What is required of you as a recruiting company?

Only that there is a recruitment need and to have the opportunity to receive candidates during the traineeship period where you have the opportunity to get to know and evaluate the candidates before potential employment.
