About Be Licensed
The courses on our website, www.be-licensed.com, are organized and sold by the company Be Licensed EU AB, org.nr. 559159-3628.
Registration
Register via the registration form on the respective course page. After you have received an offer of course placement and have accepted, the registration is considered binding.
Course fee
The course fee is indicated on each course page. The course fee includes, unless otherwise stated, all materials needed to complete the course. This may include courseware, assignments, and where applicable, fees for certification exams. Additional costs for individual adaptation are the responsibility of the participant.
In the event that certification exams cannot be conducted remotely, the participant is responsible for accommodation and travel costs incurred. We recommend always choosing travel and/or accommodations with free cancellation or rebooking.
Payment
Individual:
An invoice will be sent by email after you have accepted course placement. If you want to apply for a partial payment or pay by card, please let us know when you accept the course. You will then receive a payment link by email or SMS. Please note that the payment link is only valid for two days.

Invoice:
When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Bank AB. To buy against invoice, you must provide your social security number or organization number. A prerequisite for shopping against invoice is that you are registered in the Swedish population register and are over 18 years of age. You must not have any payment notes. All invoices are transferred by Be Licensed EU AB to Svea Bank AB.
The usual credit check is carried out after personal details have been submitted to the cashier, and in some cases this involves a credit check. A copy of the credit report will be sent to your home address.
The invoice payment term is 14 days. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee will be charged. Interest on arrears is charged at 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be sent for collection. Invoice terms..
Partial payment:
Through our cooperation with Svea Bank AB, you can sign an overdraft agreement and thus be able to pay for your purchase in installments. You can choose the credit period by selecting the promotional option that suits you best. The purchase can always be paid in full at any time before the due date.

Example of an effective interest rate for a purchase of 10 000 SEK, term 12 months, 0% interest, set-up fee 195 SEK, cancellation fee 29 SEK: 10,55%.

Card payment:
Payment by card is made in accordance with current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use Svea Bank AB hosted PCI-DSS certified card payment solution.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. The money is reserved on your account at the time of order.
All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with very secure encryption. No card numbers are stored. We use the latest security technology for online credit card payments 3D-Secure - a standard developed by Visa and MasterCard with the intention of securely validating the consumer when purchasing online.
Companies:
Invoices will be sent by email or by post on request. 30 days payment terms. All payments are handled by Svea Bank AB, reg.nr. 556158-7634. If you wish to pay by card, ask to receive a payment link when registering for the course via either email or SMS and choose card payment.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after you have accepted the course. After this date and up to 14 days before the start of the course, you will be charged 10% of the course fee for administrative costs in case of cancellation. Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date will be charged 30% of the course fee. Once the course has started, there is no refund of the course fee.
Notification of cancellation must be sent by post or email to the address given in the course admission notification.
In cases where the course material consists of vouchers or codes used by a third-party retailer, the amount refunded may be deducted at the time of cancellation for the full value of the course material if these vouchers/codes are not returned unused.
Study leave
A course started must be completed during the course session; it is not possible to continue a course at a later session if you choose to interrupt the course for any reason. However, this does not mean that you have to pass any certification exams immediately; in many cases you can take the certification exam at a later date. Information about specific exam requirements for courses will be provided at the time of admission or course start.
Course Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. Registered participants will be offered new course dates or a full refund of the course fee.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a course or feel that we have not lived up to our commitments, please submit a written complaint by email to info@be-licensed.com or by letter to Be Licensed EU AB, Störtloppsvägen 42, 129 45 Västertorp, Sweden. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may file a complaint with The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at https://www.arn.se/. We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.

When you book a course with us, you agree to how we handle personal data:
- Be Licensed collects personal data needed to send confirmation of enrolment, admission notices and other course administration information.
- In the case of certification, relevant personal data may need to be shared with the certifying organization.
